By downloading, installing, or using the Evens app or visiting joinevens.com (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Evens. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. Evens reserves the right to verify your age and to terminate your account if we determine you do not meet the eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and creating an account, you consent to receive SMS messages from Evens for account verification. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Post false, misleading, or deceptive content
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

Evens reserves the right to remove content and terminate accounts that violate these standards at its sole discretion.

6. Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to Evens (photos, profile information, etc.). By submitting content, you grant Evens a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and store that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Evens does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any matches or introductions will result in a desired outcome.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
